Yes! We offer simple and hassle-free collection services: all you need to do is phone us and we will arrange for your damaged electronics to be picked up and sent to our workshop. To ensure timely turnaround times and reliable service, we use premier courier services that come at only £9.00 regardless of where you’re based. You don’t need to worry about how your laptop or computer will be returned to you: after we have finalized the repair, we will return it to you completely free of charge.
To arrange a collection, give us a call on 07833 6789 10. After we receive the £9.00 collection fee, a member of our team will be in touch by email to arrange the details of the pick-up. All you need to do is ensure your item is packed securely and stick the email confirmation barcode on top of the box. Our dedicated driver will come by your place at the agreed date and time.
The repair turnaround time very much depends on the type of the Machine, the state of the hardware and software, and the condition of the malfunctioning part. More serious damages could take a bit longer but we always strive to fix the issue within the shortest period of time. Most of the time, we can fix minor problems within the same day; if not, we will phone or text message you in next working day.
Any hardware-related repair done by us comes with a 3-month warranty. This includes things such as damage to the laptop’s power port or a PlayStation 4 HDMI port (for more information, please get in touch with our customer support team). **Excludes physical damage to replace parts.
Yes! Apart from offering specialized collection services, we also provide on-premises IT support services to our clients in the southeast England area. Please note that there needs to be a person aged 18 or over present at the premises during our visit to provide access to the property and the relevant equipment.
